4 Piece Band: Acoustic Guitar, Accordion, Squeezebox, Whistles, Violin, Percussion. Introducing you to real Irish Ceilidh; guaranteed to get your feet stomping! This high energy 4-piece band features an array of traditional instruments from the fiddle, whistles and the Irish Bodhran! Complete with outstanding musicianship, warm wit and Irish charm, The Craic Shots Band have entertained crowds across the UK! Ready to transform your event into an authentic Irish Ceilidh, The Band are fronted by Belfast singer-songwriter Padraig whose wealth of experience and professionalism ensures your entertainment is in good hands. Delivering a genuine Irish feel at every event, the band will wow your crowd with sounds of the fiddle, Irish Bodhran, squeezebox, whistles and more! The show lasts around 2 hours with a break and Irish background before we go on and during the break. Dances are fairly simple with the emphasis being on getting people together for a fun night. We normally do around 4 dances per show, though we can do more or less depending on client needs. Based in Cardiff/Oxford but travels UK wide A lively group of musicians including a Brit Award and Mercury Music Prize nominee. They play Irish singalong standards. You can dance the night away to the ceilidh calling dance tunes such as the Seige of Ennis, the Gay Gordons, Strip the Willow. In September 2017 The Craic Shots were booked for actor Jake Wood's party where guests included a host of Eastender's actors and VIP's from the world of TV and sport.

The price brackets above should be used as a guide only as all quotes are bespoke.Performance times for most acts except Tributes and some other Unique performers are usually 2 x 60 minute sets or 3 x 40 min sets. (If you require the act to perform longer than these times you may incur extra costs.)
Travel costs vary depending on the act and will be included to the quote given to you by our agents.
Our acts would usually expect to arrive around 6pm and to be finished around midnight.
(If you need the act to arrive earlier or finish later there may be extra costs but these can be negotiated.)
