The Bagpipe Rock Show

Act fee £1400 - £1595

The Bag Rock Show introduce a modern twist to traditional Scotland with their tongue-in-cheek, high-energy performances gaining them an outstanding reputation as one of the most popular acts on the entertainment circuit.

From Kiev to Kuala Lumpur and everywhere in between, The Bag Rock Show have performed their polished show at events around the globe to rave reviews. Even the most critical man on the planet, Simon Cowell, on hearing the band live, couldn’t help but be impressed, describing them as ‘Great Ambassadors for Scotland’. The Bag Rock Show's five piece band features the zany, pink mohawked frontman/guitarist Gregor "G-Man" James who, for four years, zoomed around the world as guitarist/frontman in the original line-up of The Red Hot Chilli Pipers. Playing alongside Gregor are either two highly experienced grade one professional pipers or alternatively one of the pipers and the band's very own solo world champion snare drummer. Completing the team, adding further Scottish spice to the shindig, are two female professional acrobatic dancers. In their performances The Bag Rock Show utilise elements of pre-recorded material to create the big sound of a full Celtic rock band but without the stress of a stage full of equipment. This makes them the ideal size to perform as the ‘featured act’ at awards ceremonies and other events where stage space can be at a premium. Three piece or five piece act, The Bag Rock Show provide a bespoke act, tailored to the needs of your unique event.

In the case of weddings, in addition to the band's normal set, the pipers provide all meet and greet duties and top table pipe-ins with the “G-Man” taking care of DJing, featuring all the modern wedding classics as well as an hilarious Ceilidh dance set complete with calling and demonstrations, ensuring a fantastic and unforgettable full day of high quality entertainment for all.

Conferences, annual dinners, company presentations, office openings, festivals, weddings, birthday parties, all types of corporate and local authority events - in fact anywhere there is a need to put a smile on people's faces - that's where you need The Bag Rock Show !
