Skankstas have been together for five years.
The band have built up a name for entertaining, and involving audiences in their shows in clubs, pubs and festivals across London and the South East. Recent gigs at Proud Camden, The Bedford in Balham and Folkestone Ska Festival have cemented their reputation as a great live act featuring top quality musicians. As such, Easyskanking aim to put a smile on your face and a swing in your step!
A typical set includes songs ranging from Desmond Dekker's 'Israelites', through 'Monkey Man', via a reggae rendition of 'Walking in the Air' and over to a rather surreal delivery of Katy Perry's 'I Kissed a Girl'. If you can hum it, we'll skank it!

A seven piece band consisting of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards, saxophone, percussion and three vocalists.

We have a very good quality 2kw PA with an extra 1500 watts of foldback/monitors.
We also have a portable lighting rig.

The price brackets above should be used as a guide only as all quotes are bespoke.Performance times for most acts except Tributes and some other Unique performers are usually 2 x 60 minute sets or 3 x 40 min sets. (If you require the act to perform longer than these times you may incur extra costs.)
Travel costs vary depending on the act and will be included to the quote given to you by our agents.
Our acts would usually expect to arrive around 6pm and to be finished around midnight.
(If you need the act to arrive earlier or finish later there may be extra costs but these can be negotiated.)
