Rumbaba
Act fee £500 to £795
Rumbaba are a tight band with a long repertorie (around 30 tunes), this is a selection of very popular songs from different times and artists, from the 50's cuban song "El Carretero" by Guillermo Portabales to this decade's "VentiladorR-80" by Ojos de Brujo, passing through the unmissable Peret, Gipsy Kings...etc..... Latin, spanish and flamenco flavours, old and new, rocky and funky, daring to improvise a reggae, a son montuno or even drum n'bass..... We might start a fire or cool it down depending on the audience needs but always keeping it warm... suitable for any kind of party with some space to dance!!! We also play sevillanas if is required for dancing.
Adrian is from Barcelona (Spain). Before he came to London, he was studying Spanish Guitar in Granada (Andalucia),the cradle of Flamenco, learning different styles such as Bulerias, Alegrias, Solea, Tarantos, Sevillanas or Rumbas. Adrian moved to London one year ago to meet and play with new musicians. Nowadays, he is playing guitar in some bands as a session musician.
Ayoze is from Gran Canaria (Canary Islands, Spain). He came to London three years and a half ago to study a Popular Music Performance degree on Drums and Latin Percussion. At the moment, Ayoze is working as a session drummer and percussionist, playing styles such as Rock, Funk, Soul, Latin, Reggae, Jazz, and Flamenco.
Joe is from England (West Country). He came to London to study a Popular Music Performance degree on Bass. His style as a bass player is focused on Jazz, Funk, Latin, and Flamenco.
At the beginning of the summer, Ayoze met Adrian in Gumtree because Ayoze was looking for a Spanish Guitar player to play in a Spanish Restaurant in Chiswick called 'La Tasca'. They were playing in this restaurant for the whole summer. In October, Adrian decided to get a bass player into the duo. From that moment, we started a project called 'Rumbaba'. After one month playing together as a Rumbaba, we were offered to play in a pub in Portobello Road and another pub in Covent Garden.

Rumbaba
Rumbaba were amazing! they played at our wedding and we had never met or heard them before. 3 of them fitted into our small venue perfectly but made enough noise and excitement for a 10 man band. They completely made our Wedding and are all anyone can talk about, we all danced non-stop, thank you so much!
Rumbaba
Absolutely fantastic band - great music and sincerely nice guys. Made our wedding very special. Everyone danced, enjoyed the music and raved about the band afterwards. And the Prodigy Medley was brilliant!
