The Jams has acquired an excellent reputation as a professional outfit that never disappoints. Established in 2007 the London based band has extensive performance experience having played throughout the UK in venues ranging from nightclubs and restaurants to hotels and marquees. With a 120 strong repertoire they cover a wide variety of genres to suit all ages and tastes.
The Jams are made up of some of the best session musicians in the UK and have played for artists such as Natasha Hamilton, Mick Hucknall, Simon Webbe, Hurts, Olly Murs, Craig David, Vanessa Mae, Natasha Bedingfield, Spandau Ballet, Lily Allen, The Drifters, Calvin Harris, Tinchy Stryder and Sandi Thom. They have also played at venues/festivals such as The Royal Albert Hall, Wembley Arena, The o2, Shepherds Bush Empire, Hammersmith Apollo, Union Chapel, Glastonbury, V Festival and T in the park.
The Jams take pride in putting on a fantastic show for you and your guests and are the perfect choice for your wedding, corporate party or any other function that requires a live band.

Line-up
The Jams are basically a 4-piece, but the wider group consists of seven musicians: James (Lead Vocals/Guitar/Band Leader), Pete (Keyboards), Jack (Bass) Karl (Drums), Mike (Guitar), Sam (Vocals), Scarlet (Vocals).
Extra Line-up(s)
The Jams work with numerous different musicians. All of them are professional and outstanding talents. The Jams can extend to have brass players, backing vocalists, a percussionist, an additional guitarist, a female lead vocalist to accompany James Harrison etc. Obviously the larger band provides a bigger sound and is visually more impressive.
We would always recommend the 4-piece as a solid package but we are able to perform as a 3-piece (guitar & vocals/bass/drums) and have done so on many occasions. Additionally, if your event requires a more relaxed atmosphere we can provide an excellent duo service (vocals/guitar & keys). Finally, James Harrison can perform as a solo act with his acoustic guitar and if you would like a more ‘up-beat’ solo performance he is able to ‘loop’ (or record) himself live.
The full 7-piece band is an exceptional line-up & if you really wanted to impress your guests why not add on a 3-piece brass section.
Also included
The Jams provide all sound and lighting equipment if required. The main P.A is a high standard 1.5kw RCF system (2x 400 watt tops and 1x700 watt sub), which caters for most venue sizes (up to 500 capacity). We also have professional LED stage lighting and dance floor lighting.

(If you require the act to perform longer than these times you may incur extra costs.)
Travel costs vary depending on the act and will be included to the quote given to you by our agents.
Our acts would usually expect to arrive around 6pm and to be finished around midnight.
(If you need the act to arrive earlier or finish later there may be extra costs but these can be negotiated.)
