Phil 'P.R.' is a vibrant, exciting singer, guitarist and entertainer based in Dorset, on the south coast of England.

P.R. is one of the most popular artists on the covers/function/wedding/pub/restaurant circuit in the UK, performing a live show tailored to your needs, and consisting of a selection of the greatest hits of the last 60yrs.

Since the late 1990s, Phil has played over 3500 live shows throughout the UK, Europe and the USA, ranging from playing for tips in the folk clubs of New York City to performing at the legendary Royal Albert Hall, entertaining crowds with his mix of popular cover songs, by turns both energetic and chilled out.

Aside from his extensive work as a covers artist and function artist, P.R. is also a professional songwriter, session musician and recording artist, and has worked in various capacities with Melody Gardot, Hank Marvin, Port Isaac's Fisherman's Friends, Ronan Keating, Boyzone, Level 42, Sinéad O'Connor, Henry Priestman, Jackie Leven, Derrin Nauendorf, Jason Donovan, Graham Gouldman (10CC), Lotte Mullan, Elysium III, Athlete, Jeff Lang, Ricky Ross and Deacon Blue, Devon Sproule and many more.

His musical journey over the last twenty years, both solo and with various projects, has taken in two major label record deals as an artist with Sony BMG and Universal Records, ten albums, chart success and endless touring.
